Chapter Philanthropy and Service

BREAST CANCER EDUCATION AND AWARENESS. THINK PINK. 

Our national philanthropy, breast cancer awareness and education, is our chapter's heart and passion! Our annual philanthropy events include the Pink Ribbon 5K Run, Think Pink Week, and passing out our ZTA Think Pink Ribbons in the fall. Big Man on Campus is our largest and favorite event of the school year. Our chapter holds other programs to further our philanthropy throughout the year such as the Mom's Weekend silent auction and King of the Wing co-hosted with Chi Omega, Tri Delta and Alpha Phi.

In addition to our own philanthropy, Beta Deltas love to support other philanthropic organizations, on and off campus. We send girls to the Knolls of Oxford senior center to play games with the elderly each Tuesday and we always have a team at other Greek philanthropy events on campus. Our chapter organizes service regularly; in 2018, we have held a chemo care package drive, a chapter-wide Hurricane Harvey relief canned food drive and partnered with other groups on campus for water pass-outs during traditions in Oxford, Ohio.
